Plan Cuatro Ciénegas
Tuvimos el gran honor de recibir en Cuatro Ciénegas al grupo Lumen, compuesto por líderes empresariales y sociales de todo Estados Unidos. Lumen fue fundado en 2005 por un grupo de líderes empresariales de Nueva York y sacerdotes de los Legionarios de Cristo. Juntos, respondieron a una necesidad crítica de formación basada en la fe para líderes empresariales y culturales, buscando mejorar su carácter, fe y habilidades de liderazgo mediante una formación personalizada y adaptada, entrenamiento guiado y educación.
Durante su visita, el grupo tuvo la oportunidad de conocer el Plan 2040, visitar a nuestras familias y observar de cerca cómo se trabaja día a día en el Plan 2040. Tras vivir esta experiencia, participaron en una sesión de trabajo cuyo objetivo era explorar cómo podían contribuir al Plan y sumarse a la misión. Fue entonces cuando surgió la iniciativa de formar talleres de formación para los padres de familia, destacando la importancia de su presencia en la vida de sus hijos y su influencia en su desarrollo.
