Plan Cuatro Ciénegas
En nuestro pilar de salud, nos preocupamos por la nutrición de las familias de Cuatro Ciénegas. Por eso, es muy importante para nosotros brindarles las herramientas necesarias para que puedan tener opciones de cómo alimentarse sanamente. Este taller se impartió por la mañana y tarde, y asistieron mamás del Plan con sus hijos. El taller consistió en dos partes: primero se vio un poco de teoría y después se pasó a la práctica. En la teoría, se les enseñó los diferentes tipos de siembras y sus beneficios. Después, en la parte práctica, las mamás pudieron sembrar semillas de brócoli, coliflor, repollo y chile piquín. También se enseñó a transplantar en macetas acelgas, tomate, lechuga roja y cilantro. Mientras las mamás estaban en el taller, sus hijos ayudaron a preparar abono. Es muy bonito ver cómo las mamás 2040 poco a poco se van comprometiendo y buscan herramientas para asegurar a sus hijos un desarrollo integral.
